LOL, toro the fansub team are currently still subbing the drama. Might be weeks or months depending on how much time they have to do it.

From the fine quality of the subs I have the luck to enjoy, I have the utmost confidence in the Subs Team to strike yet another literary delight. The “Water Margin” sub is an example of the quality of Subs Team work. The Team not only paid tribute to the Author of the work “Shui Hu Zhuan / Outlaws of the Marsh” and the tv serial producer, but they also brought out the cultured and refined layers folk Chinese stories.
After all, “the Book and the Sword” IS the one work by Jin Yong to be published by the donnish Oxford University Press, translated by Earnshaw.
What the Subs Team is doing with this work is no small effort and even if it were done for money the results might not be as glowing.
The hard sub format is very understandable. If it were on soft-sub, in no time their work will edited and changed beyond recognition. They even start using TWO colour-coded subs on one screen when two persons speak at the same time, which is very natural and the serial director accomplished with wonderful results was but which Jinyong was not able to achieve in his works.
So, shine on Subs Team! Enjoy your spring break, may you return frrom the Chunyun afresh and peaceful.
